• A varied breakfast buffet featuring cold cuts, smoked salmon and sliced cheese, raw-milk cheese, cream cheese, spreads, croissants and sweet pastries, a selection of muesli, seeds, nuts, jams and chocolate spread. A variety of egg dishes and porridge are freshly prepared in the show kitchen right next to the buffet.
• Vegetables, salads, quinoa and other bowl ingredients to create your own customised bowl. Along with ham, bacon, salami and cheese, as well as light and traditional desserts. Coffee, water, juices and vitamin drinks round off the range.
• A four-course menu comprising an amuse-bouche, starter, main course and dessert, complemented by a large salad and vegetable buffet. You can choose between a vegetarian option and an option featuring meat or fish.
